Refund Policy

Once the subscription is taken it cannot be cancelled and hence there will be no refund. Alternatively you can transfer your balance to another user as follows:

• Login to your account at www.ourfi.in


• Go to "Transfer Balance"


• Enter the receiver`s phone number and amount to be transferred.


• Click on Transfer Balance.
